Sip & Paint FAQ
What is included in the cost of the Sip & Paint session?
All the necessary art supplies are provided by us, including your own blank canvas, acrylic paint, brushes, palette, easel, and aprons. You will receive step-by-step guidance from our highly trained artists to make your own masterpiece that you can take home. For your BYO beverages, we offer a refrigerator, water, and ice bucket in addition to glassware and wine/beer openers.
How long are the Sip n Paint sessions?
Sessions last around two hours each. Ten minutes before the event, doors will open.
What should I wear?

What kinds of drink and nibbles can I bring?
Any beverage you choose to drink, including wine, spirits, beer, soft drinks, and more, is welcome. Any snacks will do, or if you're really hungry, a pizza!
Can my friends sit together?
Of course! Tell us who you would want to sit with (or not) 👀 in the "additional information" section at checkout.
Are Children Allowed?
The age limit for our public "Sip n Paint" events is 18+. We advise scheduling a private event or keeping an eye out for family-friendly events on our internet calendar if you wish to bring the kids. Please be aware that children under the age of six cannot be accommodated in our studio.
PRIVATE EVENT FAQ
What is the minimum and maximum amount of people needed for a private event?
In the case of in house private events, our maximum capacity is 28 people and minimum is 10. In the case of more or less than the number listed we also offer mobile and popup events. To enquire with us about

Is catering provided or do I have to provide my own?
In the case of in house catering at the art studio, we can provide options, however you are more than free to provide your own catering. In the case of mobile/pop up events, catering will need to be provided.
What if I need to cancel my Private Function booking?
Unfortunately, private function deposits are non refundable. In the case of cancellation, the event must be canceled within 2 weeks of booking. Changes to the booking can be made up until two weeks before event.
What do I need to host a mobile/pop up event?
Yes - Our Mobile Pop Up Events are perfect for offices, restaurants, and arenas. We'll supply all the tools you need to produce your masterpiece. You will have to supply the following:
- Chairs, tables
- Availability of flowing water
- Details on parking and access
We will need permission from the venue's owner to host your event if it is being held at a function center or public facility.
For Mobile events we do charge a $200 upfront travel fee to allow us to accommodate for any necessary travel needed.
KIDS BIRTHDAYS FAQ
How many people can attend?
Our maximum capacity is 28 people not including parents. We do recommend that you leave your child at the party to allow them to create a lovely surprise for your home.
What should my child bring?
We supply all of the art supplies you'll require, such as an apron, paint, brushes, palette, easel, clay, and blank canvas. If you would like, kindly bring a bottle of water and don’t forget your party spirit for the celebration!
What should my child wear?
Because it does get messy, we supply aprons! It is advised that children wear loose-fitting clothing and shoes that can become filthy.
Do you accommodate for dietary requirements or allergies?
Yes- If we are providing the catering, we make sure to accomodate for all allergies and dietary requirements. However, if you decide to find independent catering we must acknowledge that allergies and dietary requirements must be discussed with the catering company chosen.
We also encourage independent catering and have a few recommendations if you are really stuck and whats best for your event!
How long do the birthday sessions go for?
Our birthday events usually go for approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Below is listed our the length of our events per age group.
6 & 7 year olds: 2 hours
8 years old and up: 2 and half hours
Adults 16 and up: 3 hours
ADULTS BIRTHDAYS FAQ
Is Alcohol included for 18+ birthday events?
Alcohol is not provided in our birthday event packages, however feel free to BYO. In addition to glassware and wine/beer openers, we offer a refrigerator, water, and an ice bucket for your BYO beverages.
How Many people can attend?
Our maximum capacity is 28 people for in house events. However, if you are requiring more capacity, we recommend enquiring about our mobile pop up events which can offer more flexibility.

ART CLASSES FAQ
Can I book for the whole year?
No- Our Art Classes are booked on a term by term basis. Please make sure to rebook every term if you or your child would like to continue with the art classes. Individuals who booked will be emailed two weeks prior to our cut off date. If you have not rebooked by the cutoff date, the spot will become open to the public so please make sure you rebook to keep your place :)
How do I rebook?
Individuals who have already booked will be sent a personal booking email to rebook either themselves or their child. These emails however are time sensitive and if you have not rebooked before the cutoff date, the position will be available to the public.
Are Children Allowed?
Yes- our art classes are aimed at children ages 6 and up. Please note that children under the age of 6 cannot be accommodated for.
Can I use the Creative Kids Voucher?
Absolutely! We are an authorised provider of Creative Kids Vouchers. When making a reservation, we will need the following:
- Complete name of the kid as it appears on the Creative Kids voucher
- Date of birth of the child
- Creative Kids voucher number
Vouchers are only valid :
- For one time use and cannot be refunded once used (if the chosen activity fees are less than $100, the remaining balance cannot be used)
- During the calendar year they’re issued
- For the individual named on the voucher
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age for our art classes is 6 years old and up.
What if my child is nearly 6? Really Talented? Really well behaved?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under 6, however once your child has turned 6 feel free to enroll them!
Can I stay to watch my child?
Please confirm the type of session you have reserved. This is due to the fact that some of our sessions are "Kids Only".
It is not possible for parents to stay in a "Kids Only" session.
However, we do offer "Family Sessions" that not only allow parents to stay and paint with their children but are required to have a ticket and participate in the painting.
What should my child bring?
We supply art supplies such as blank canvas, paint, brushes, palette, easel, clay, etc., along with an apron. If possible, please bring a bottle of water. We would also like to add that some of our school holiday workshops are BYO lunch but we will notify you of this before the workshop begins.
What should my child wear?

My child is not artistic, should I book this class?
Absolutely! This enjoyable activity is suitable for kids aged 6 and above, regardless of their skill level.
Where do I park?
We may be found in Bexley at 425 Forest Road. Please check though the Forest Road clearway regulations. We advise you to park on Oriental Street behind our studio. There are lots of alternative street parking spaces nearby as well.
